No More Hide and Seek identifies aspects of familial sexual abuse, peculiar in the sense of a relationship between a father and daughter, producing latent anti-social behaviour in the victim, as well as shame and recrimination in the perpetrator, in the midst of threats, manipulation and intimidation.
Whether sinister need or wanton desire, to prey on a person sexually, where there is such great disparity of power, it must not only be challenged after the fact but also brought into the open, as a behavioural discussion.
With increasing crime, due to climate and economic change, it cannot be left to law enforcement to deal with such occurrences, of familial sexual abuse as with domestic violence, but rather crimes in relation to drugs and firearms are prioritised, in addition to cyber and organised crime.

Modern scientific notions regarding human sexual behaviour do not adequately explain why an adult would want to engage with a child sexually, so while taboo drives such behaviours underground, it is not so surprising, as it is shocking.
