History in Recall is about crime, in the sense that it is not always possible to understand a persons' motives, when considered in the context of Karma being played out across time.
History in Recall
Insofar as the fulfilment of a persons' karmic debt is concerned, people will naturally have a tendency towards prejudice, for those seen as being wanton or else having such antecedents precluding them from civilised society.
The perception may be created that a person is guilty of a specified crime, whereby there is no defining evidence, other than hearsay or else conjecture, on the part of accusers, moreover evidence can change as a person is subject to influence or memory fade.
Notwithstanding the fact that an event may be misinterpreted as an alleged crime, even when there are no persons aggrieved other than those in authority, for whom a culprit must be found as per a report being created, which must be substantiated.
