When a people are infiltrated from nearby or abroad, the situation may involve resources, or lack thereof, to the extent an existence is shared between peoples' who in reality, comprise a single entity or else share land.
The fact that many countries sharing ethnic and cultural ties, cannot absorb displaced persons, antagonism and confusion from abroad notwithstanding historical denialism, is a recipe for ongoing strife and mayhem.
