While children may be able carry out violent acts, in relation to an extremist ideology, in particular, in countries where a rule of law is not observed, it is the recruitment of adults, as a precursor that allows radicalisation to occur.
While adults may be able to recruit youth with a violent agenda, first they must be conditioned in the ways of the sword, whilst allowing hatred to be instilled, as well as bear a wanton desire to inflict pain on those perceived as having caused a people suffering or who have otherwise offended a religion.
